Molly’s House Beers
Irish Stout & Irish Red

Molly’s Irish Stout

Rich and creamy. Distinctively back.Velvety in it’s finish. This beer is defined by harmony. Sip after sip, sweet counters bitter as the malt arrives on cue to compliment a base of roasted barley. Just as the unmistakable white head sits flush atop the dark beer, so do the flavors counter and combine perfectly. This is Molly’s greatest innovation, truly unique & perfectly balanced.
Molly’s Irish Red

Molly’s Irish Red is a beautiful rich ruby & amber colored beer with a creamy head. Clean and delicate aroma with fresh floral notes. Ale Malt contributes aroma hints of biscuit and caramel.
Refreshing and clean taste with a gentle balance of bitterness from the hops added early in the boil, sweet/malty notes from the ale malt, and hints of roast/coffee from the roasted barley.

Our History

Today within our walls you will discover we have kept the traditional colonial style of the building with huge 3 meter high ceilings and cornicing throughout the numerous different rooms & spaces., from enjoying a game of pool in our pool room. Our stained glass doors and windows, shining silver chandeliers and a fascinating collection of memorabilia bring a little bit of Ireland to this bustling south American capital city.
